Hello everyone. I'm Johnny and my wife Angel. We've been working for over 10 years in our careers. We've been working in Orangevale, Natomas, and Woodland. Because something happened in our family we have to move back to work closer to our home to take care of my family and luckily we were able to open our own business. We feel really happy when we still have a lot of the customers from the old place still supporting us and hopefully, with our experience, we will provide our best service as much as we can to all the new customers in the new community of Elk Grove.
SALON POLICY
REFUND
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a redo appointment.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within five day for gel polish/dipping/acrylic services and three days for all other service after your initial service date. We do not accept redo appointments after five/ three days of your initial services.
We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed No cash refunds will be given after you service done
As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.
We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to endure because of damages that happened outside of our salon.
For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged (they ar broken, chipped or starting to lift) we will charge you due to your own lack of care.
The redo policy does not cover a change in service or color. We do not offer refunds for any services or products
GIFT CARD
Gift card are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
CHILDREN
We understand the challenge of finding time to spend on yourself. We welcome children in the salon as long as they are supervised at all times. There are many sharp objects and chemicals within the salon and we want to ensure the safety of all our guests. We also aim to maintain a relaxing salon experience for all guests. Please take children outside of the salon if they become unruly or are disrupting other guests.
WALK-IN POLICY
At our nail salon, we value both our walk-in clients and those who make appointments in advance. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers, we have implemented the following policy regarding walk-ins and appointments:
Walk-ins:
- Walk-in clients are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- We will do our best to accommodate walk-in clients; however, please understand that appointments take priority, and we may have limited availability during peak hours.
- Walk-in clients may need to wait until a nail technician becomes available. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
- Walk-in clients may leave their name and phone number at the front desk instead of waiting in the salon. However, please be aware that if you do not receive a phone call this means that an available spot did not open up. Our nail technicians may not have time to contact you to relay this information during peak hours but will contact you if they have an opening for you.
Appointments:
- We strongly encourage clients to make appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time.
- Appointments will be given priority over walk-ins.
- If you have an appointment, please arrive on time to ensure that we can provide the full service as scheduled.
Please note that the availability of walk-ins and appointment slots may vary depending on the day, time, and demand. We strive to provide the best service to all our valued clients and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
